Scope of work: Abatement, and Structural demolition. Large structural demolition of lap pool, along with the dive pool. PMG’s team worked on removing a structural waffle deck.

Project description: PCC Sylvania’s health technology building built in the 1970s, four-story, 213,500 Square foot facility. The dive and lap pool by a close consideration of PCC determined to close them after almost 50 years, due to expensive maintenance. Fortis construction, Lead construction hand in hand with PMG to demo both pools.
