Scope of work: Selective interior demolition, within various places in the building. Will large scope of work was within DA’s offices and Mayor’s office and conference room. Demolition removal of flooring, columns, windows, and ceilings.

Project description: the $8 million project is being done to make room for an expanded city council and to improve security and technology, renovation to council chambers, mayor and council offices, along with the second floor offices.
