Commercial Abatement Demolition Project: Timberline Lodge

Client: Artis Construction

Scope of work: Project consisted of abatement removal, along with demolition. Abatement and demo was within a confined space, removal of pipe insulation running from boiler room through den, elevator tunnel, lodge and maintenance shop.

Project description: Timberline Lodge is a National Historic landmark, Renovations within the building would be to embed new technology and high efficient heating in every square inch of the lodge this would include hydronic infrastructure piping in state of the art boilers with cutting edge electronic systems.
