University Abatement Project: U of O Innovation- Portland

Client: University of Oregon

Scope of work: Abatement throughout building, scope of work consisted flooring, windows, gyp, along with removal of all asbestos containing materials.

Project description: Built in 1947, 47,000 square feet and three levels. Once was Concordia University, newly bought by University of Oregon and their plans of making a Portland campus. One of four buildings to be remodeled in 2024, Yet one of the largest remodels. Renovation included interior chapels, classrooms, and corridors.
