Scope: Remove approximately 800 LF of pipe and duct insulation as well as 540 SF of tile and mastic.

Description: The Vivian apartments are in the process of being remodeled into a pub/ hostel for visitors from Portland and out of state to enjoy the sights and what we have to offer. During this remodel we removed approximately 800 LF of pipe and duct insulation as well as 540 SF of tile and mastic.
