Scope: Removal and disposal of approximately 32,217 SF asbestos VAT, black mastic, paint on asphalt, and roofing materials. 1 Supervisor and 10 Workers.
Description: Copper Penny located at the heart of Southeast Lents Historic town center, Portland was once a bar and nightclub. We helped to remove and dispose of approximately 32,217SF of asbestos, VAT, black mastic, roofing materials, and paint on asphalt. Our crew consisted of 1 supervisor and 10 workers. After PMG and other contractors this building will be a new set of apartments in a new urban up an coming neighborhood.
